As a Master Personal Trainer for NJ Shore Fit , I try to make permanent lifestyle changes and regular physical activity fun.  I will use technical assessments to evaluate physiological stress, Posture analysis, Flexibility assessment, Strength measurements, Core Strength testing, Speed and Agility, Nutrition and Lifestyle analysis, and Primal Pattern Assessment.
